This may or may not mean that a business is frequently visited by the Muslim community or the nature of its business practices are to facilitate the needs of the Muslim community. A business or service listed on Maqbool Market may or may not be owned or operated by a person identifying as Muslim to identify their business or service conducted in a Muslim-friendly fashion. These businesses are submitted by users or self-reported by the businesses themselves. 

MaqboolMarket.com may display paid business listings, advertisements, or other forms of sponsored content. When sponsored information is presented alongside unpaid search results or general listings, it will be presented as paid or sponsored content to help users identify the different categories of content presented. Advertisements or other forms of sponsored content may be displayed in a form that appears as a priority listing over unpaid listings. 

Advertisements and other forms of sponsored content may or may not be relevant to user searches. Third-party sponsored content may include businesses and services that have not been curated by Maqbool Market and as such, third-party advertised businesses and services are not verified as Muslim-friendly, frequented by Muslims, or catered toward the Muslim community.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Arbitration, and Waivers. Arbitration. ‍In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning this TOU, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns this TOU, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to this TOU or any disputes arising as a result of this TOU, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of this TOU. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of this TOU.

6.3

Dispute Resolution. If a dispute arises from your use of MaqboolMarket.com or this TOU, you agree to resolve the matter exclusively through binding arbitration conducted by a neutral arbitrator under agreed-upon rules, in a location or manner convenient to both parties. Arbitration will serve as the sole method for resolving disputes, and you waive any right to participate in lawsuits, including class actions. This agreement to arbitrate encompasses all claims, regardless of legal basis, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable in court if necessary. Limitation of Actions. However, if the risk is low and local law already limits actions effectively, it may not be essential.

7. Force Majeure

Maqbool Market LLC shall not be held responsible for any inability to carry out its obligations under this TOU caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. General
